| 摘 要： | 近二三十年来，全球环境问题日趋严重。在它的发展过程中，逐渐表现出全球性、超越意识形态性和严重挑战性的特征。环境问题全球化的一个重要结果便是环境NGO（非政府组织）的大量涌现。环境NGO凭借自身的特点和灵活性，建立起全球网络结构，对当代国际关系产生了重大而深远的影响。

| Abstract: | The world-wide environmental problems have become even more serious in the last score or more years. The course of development witnesses a series of environmental problems with obvious features of globalization, metaphysical ideology and over-challenges. Likewise, the global environmental problems give rise to a rapid emergence ofthe environmental NGOs, which have exerted increasingly deep effects on contemporary international relationship due to their own characteristics and flexibility. |
