| 摘 要： | 重要战略机遇期，高等学校要完成党的十六大报告提出的教育发展战略任务和目标，必须以科学的发展现为指导，贯彻“三个代表“的重要思想，与时俱进，加强和改进党建工作。以新的理念、新的举措，积极应对新的挑战，准确解答新的课题，努力实现新的突破，开创高校党建工作新的局面。

| Abstract: | In the important period of strategic opportunity,colleges and universites are supposed to realize the strategic goals and objectives of educational development in the 16th National Congress of the CPC,on the basis of the scientific development concept in order to carry out the important thought of "Three Represents",growing with each passing day and strengthening and improving the Party construction.By means of new concepts as well as new challenges positively and answer the new problems exactly so as to reach the new standard and create the new situation of the Party construction. |
