| 摘 要： | 构建社会主义和谐社会，是以胡锦涛为总书记的党中央从全面建设小康社会、开创中国特色社会主义事业新局面的全局出发提出的一项重大任务，是我们党在新的历史时期执政理论的重大创新。我国已具备构建社会主义和谐社会的良好基础和有利务件。构建社会主义和谐社会是我国经济社会发展的必然选择，适应了我国改革发展进入关键时期的客观要求，体现了广大人民群众的根本利益和共同愿望。为适应我国社会的深刻变化，必须把构建社会主义和谐社会放到重要地位，采取有效对策，积极加以推进。

| Abstract: | The building of a harmonious socialist society is a great task,put forward by the party central committee with president HU Jintao as the leader,in order for the Chinese people to build a well-off society and create a new situation of the cause of building socialism with Chinese characteristics.It is also a greet innovation theory of administering.The country is in the party's new historical period.China has possessed a good foundation and favorable condition to build a harmonious socialist society.And the building of a harmonious socialist society is an inevitable choice of the development of China's economic society,meets the objective needs of the critical period of reform and development in China and embodies.The fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the Chinese people and their collective wishes as well.Therefore,priority must be given to the task of building a harmonious socialist society in order to be geared to profound social changes in China while effective measures must be to accomplish the great task. |
