| 摘 要： | 4-苯基-2-丁酮是重要的医药中间体.本合成在乙醇、乙酸、氯化苄为原料,在强酸的催化下,羧酸与醇作用生成酯,乙酸乙酯通过克莱森缩合,酸碱反应、亲核加成反应、消除反应、CH3COOH酸化得到乙酰乙酸乙酯,再与氯化苄合成4-苯基-2-丁酮,最后与焦亚硫酸钠合成2-羟基4-苯基2-磺硫钠.

| Abstract: | 4-phenyl-2-butanone is a important medium to synthesize medicine for diminish inflammation and codeine.The ethyl ethanate is synthesized with ethanol and acetic acid as materials and strong acid as catalyst(such as sulfuric acid,chloric acid,p-methyl-benzene sulfonic acid and strong acidity ion exchange resin etc.).Ethyl acetoacetate ia compounded by Claisen's condensation with a series of acid,alkali,nucleophilic addition and remove reaction.And the synthesis of 4-phenyl-3-methyl ethanate-2-butanone is by ethyl acetoacetate with benzyl chloride via substitution reaction.4-phenyl-2-butanone via 4-phenyl-3-methyl ethanate-2-butanone hydrolysis to decarboxylize. |
