| Abstract: | From the analysis on the success and failure about "the ninth sports meeting" which Huaibei amateur sports school took part in last year,the author poses the basic thought and initial tentative about preparing "the tenth sports meeting" which will be held in the whole province.And also in this thesis,the author explores the main theme from the establishment of the struggle target,basic measures,initial preparedness and the project which must be carried out step by step. |
