| 摘 要： | 本文主要讨论非公有制经济中的个体和私营经济。文章提出，应该深化认识，观念创新，为非公有制经济的发展创造良好的舆论环境，支持结构创新，加强企业内部的制度建设，摆脱家族式管理的窠臼，建立适应国内外市场竞争要求的管理制度，坚持方法创新，为提高企业的综合竞争力创造良好的外部环境。

A Brief Discussion on the Circumstances of Economic Development of the Ownerships except for the Public Ownership |

| Abstract: | The article mainly discusses the individual economy and privately owned economy in the ownerships except for the public ownership. It points out people should deepen cognition, bring forth new ideas, provide better environment for public opinion for the development of the ownerships except for the publis ownership, support innovations of the structure, strengthen the construction of the system inside the enterprises, get rid of the family management, build management system fit for the competition of the domestic and foreign markets, insist new ways and provide better outside environment for comprehensive compertition of enterprises. |
