| 摘 要： | 根据孙中山的理论,国民党要能够承担好“训政”的历史使命,必须具备几项基本条件。然而,对比1927年后国民党的实际状况,由于党组织的蜕变,国民党已经无法具备这些条件了。这是导致“训政”失败及其南京国民党政权迅速垮台的重要原因。
