| Abstract: | In the process of constantly deepening the reform of economic structure and gradually establishing the socialist market economy, with the accelerated pace of financing system reform, small-and medium-sized enterprises in mainland county-districts presently have great trouble with financing difficulty and are in a devil of hole. How to resolve the contradiction, activate the development of these enterprises and promote the economy in county-districts? This is the main topic dissertated in the article. |
