| Abstract: | In our times, the city that gets up newly is more and more convergent on the physics view, the inherent spiritual characteristic of the city is as well more and more obvious. A city, only has its own urban spirits, will just have its vigorous spirits. The cultivation of urban spirits must pay attention to strengthen citizen's spiritual consciousness and politic culture. The leading cadres of the city at all levels should show their citizens the way to develop urban spirits, design rich and colorful carriers and make great efforts to practice urban spirits. |
