| 摘 要： | 抗战时期,随着大量湘西籍精英的回迁和外地教师的内迁,湘西民族地区教师队伍的地缘、学历、性别、年龄结构都出现了重大变化。与此同时,湘西地区现代小学教师队伍快速壮大,现代中等教育教师队伍也长足发展,一支现代教师队伍建立并成熟起来。

| Abstract: | During the Anti-Japanese War,with lots of Western Hunan elitists moving back and numerous nonlocal teachers moving in,great changes took place in the geographical and educational background,gender,and age structure of the teaching team in ethnic western Hunan.At the same time,modern teaching team of primary school and secondary schools in western Hunan developed and expanded fast,and a mature modern teaching team came into being. |
