| 摘 要： | 《中华人民共和国民办教育促进法》的实施，对于我国民办高校来说是千载难逢的发展机会，民办高校迎来发展机遇的同时也面临内外激烈的竞争。如果不能保持师资的合理流动，优化师资结构，民办高校将失去竞争优势。文章对民办高校师资合理流动的含义及其重要意义进行分析，并就如何促进民办高校教师合理流动提出了几点建议。

| Abstract: | The implement of the private colleges promoting law Chinese a precious chance for private college nowadays. The private colleges not only faces the competition of Chinese college but alsoforeign colleges. If private colleges cannot keep their teachers reasonable floating, they will lost their advantageous positions in the competition. In this article, the author analyzes the meaning and value of the teachers reasonably floating an put forward some slygestions. |
