| 摘 要： | 制度变迁是一个非均衡交易的过程,有效交易的形成必须以一定的前提条件为基础,我国股市的建立和发展过程中缺乏有效交易,因此必须加大产权改革力度,建立平等、自由、公平和诚信的交易环境,规范政府行为,提高我国股市制度变迁中交易有效性。

| Abstract: | Institution changing is a process of disequilibrium transaction.Effective transaction is based on some preconditions. The effective transaction is lacking during the process of the establishment and development of stock market in China.It is necessary to strengthen the property rights reform,establish equal,free,impartial and honest environment,and regulate the government behaviors to enhance the effective transaction during the process of stock market institution changing in China. |
