| 摘 要： | 自高校扩招以来,高校毕业生就业形势日趋严峻,而对家庭经济困难学生这样一个特殊群体,由于沉重的家庭经济负担和不断攀升的求职成本等多重原因导致这个群体在就业市场的竞争中处于相对弱势的境地。当前,国家也出台多项政策以解决高校毕业生的就业问题,其中就有一系列鼓励大学生自主创业的积极政策。如何增强家庭经济困难大学生的自主创业能力,从根本上帮助他们顺利就业,已成为我国高校面临的新课题。以西安科技大学为例,通过问卷调查分析的方法,就高校家庭经济困难学生就业创业过程中的突出问题进行分析,并提出了相应的解决办法。

| Abstract: | In order to better promote the process of informatization construction in colleges and universities, to give full play of campus network in teaching, scientific research and daily management, the paper, based on such problems as the lack of unified planning and management and security vulnerabilities in XUST website construction, proposed the application of main JAVA, STRUTS, and HIBERNATE technology, and designed the campus network J2EE platform based on group management platform. It is proved that the implementation of the platform ensured the security of technology flexibility and the system platform of each unit within the website framework and the platform and at the same time, reduced the cost of u- sing and maintenance of each unit. |
