摘    要:运用虚拟仪器技术设计了一个测试LED伏安特性曲线及导通电阻的系统.该系统利用数据采集卡采集数据,然后由LabVIEW软件对数据进行处理和运算,最后把测量结果显示在前面板上.系统利用软件实现了由传统硬件完成的功能,降低了仪器成本,且具有使用方便、连接灵活等优点.

Abstract:This paper introduced a virtual measurement system which was designed to test volt-ampere characteristics curve and conduction resistance of LED. The system collected data by a data collection card, then realize data processing and operation by the Labview, and display the result in the screen at last. It realizes the function of tradition hardware by software, reduces the instrument cost, and has the advantage of convenient use and flexible links.
