| 摘 要： | 引进国外优质教育资源是中外合作办学的核心。教育资源的引进包含三个层次的问题：引进资源的内容选择、资源质量和资源利用效率。我国中外合作办学发展20多年来,引进教育资源的内涵和质量问题一直是非常突出的问题。引进优质教育资源,需要不断加强资质认证,发挥政府政策的宏观调控和引导作用,重视资源引进过程中的监管和质量监督,同时走出国门,促进优质教育资源的输入。
