| 摘 要： | 从高职高专学生党员的基本特点出发,分析高职高专学生党员在顶岗实习期间组织生活的现状,提出高职高专学生党员顶岗实习中党组织生活模型设计的原则和两个思路,以及由此构建起目标管理的党组织生活模型,以解决组织生活中存在的问题,提高学生党员顶岗实习中组织生活的创新性和实效性。
