摘    要:实施素质教育是我国教育面对21世纪挑战,适应社会主义现代化建设的必然选择叠素质教育呼吁学生的知、情、意、行的统一和谐发展,而现代教育都只重视学生的知识、技能的培养和掌握在很大程度上,忽略了学生个性、心理的健康发展。隐性课程的开发和利用显然弥补了显性课程的不足和缺陷,注重学生非智力因素的完善和发展,有利于学生在德、智、体、美等方面生动、活泼、主动地发展,体现人的全面发展教育观。

Abstract:The implementation of quality - oriented education is inevitable choices that taee the challenges of the 21st century and adapt construction of the socialist modernization. Quality- onented edueation demands students harmonious development in intellectual, emotion, awareness and behavior. But modem education only pays attention to the mastery of knowledge and skills.To a large extent,neglecting students personality and mental health development.Development and application of physical hidden curriculum make up the drawback and inadequate of official curriculum obviously,emphasizing students non- intellectual perfectly development which is conducive to students in moral, intellectual, physical and so on in a lively, vibrant, active development, manifests the idea of comprenhensive development of human.
