核心力量训练对大学生事件相关电位P300的影响

摘    要:观察核心力量训练对事件相关电位P300的影响规律。方法:采用NDI-200(海神号)神经电检诊仪记录并分析比较受试者训练前。训练4周后安静状态下的P300。结果:核心力量训练组4周后Pz点P300潜伏期显著延长;传统力量训练组(Pz和Cz点)和对照组(Cz点)P300波幅显著性增加;对照组反应时(Pz和Cz点)显著性缩短。结论:核心力量训练中因加入了不稳定因素导致力量训练时注意力分散,进而降低受试者的认知加工速度和注意力资源投入。

Efforts of core strength training on the event related potentials P300 in college students

Abstract:To observe the effects of core strength training on the event related potentials P300 in college students.Methods:The visual event related potential P300 was recorded and analyzed with NDI--200 neural electricity tester(Haishen)in resting condition before (pre--test)and after(post--test)4--week training period. Results:Comparison with the values before training,the P300 latency of Pz prolonged in the core strength training groupIP300 amplitude increased significantly in the traditional strength training group(Pz and Cz)and control group(Cz)IThe reaction time(Pz and Cz)was significantly shortened(P~0.05)in control group.Conclusion:Since the core strength training added the unstable factors,which could divert one' s attention while training,the core strength training will reduce the subjects'cognitive processing speed and attention resources investment.
