| 摘 要： | 如何提高学科教学质量是每位教师追求的永恒话题，体育课堂也不例外，作为一名体育教师，教学反思是每位体育工作者来教学或训练工作的一个重要环节。本文笔者从备课、教学内容与方法，关注个体差异、评价方式、注重反思五个方面阐述了教学反思对体育教学工作的重要性，以期引起广大体育教师的共鸣。

| Abstract: | How to improve the teaching quality of discipline is the eternal topic of every teacher to pursue, the sports classroom is no exception, as a teacher, I think, reflective teaching is a very important link to each sports workers. In this paper, the author from lesson preparation, leaching contents and methods, attention to individual differences, evaluation methods, focus on the importance of teaching reflection on the sports teaching in five aspects of reflection, in order to cause the majority of physical education teachers. |
