| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、实地调查、对比分析等研究方法,对高铁职院体育教学现状进行分析,结果发现：高铁职院缺乏高学历专业体育老师;体育场馆建设严重不足,人均占有率低于国家标准水平;体育经费短缺;信息资源匮乏;体育课程单一、缺乏创新等。提出：加强师资队伍的建设,提升教师整体素质;加大体育经费投入,扩充体育场馆建设;丰富体育信息来源;创新教学方法,调整教学内容等发展对策。

| Abstract: | Using literature data,field survey,comparative analysis and other research methods, with school sports teaching present situation carries on the analysis,the results found that high-speed rail post school lack of highly educated professional sports teachers; A serious shortage of sports venues, the per capita share is lower than the national standard level;Sports funding shortfall;Lack of information resources; Single physical education curriculum, lack of innovation,etc.Put forward：strengthen the construction of teaching staff, improve teachers＇overall quality;Athletic sports and expand the investment in the funds,expansion of sports venues; Rich source of sports information;Innovation teaching method, adjusting teaching content development countermeasures. |
