| 摘 要： | 本文从挥拍击球的定义出发，对正手挥拍击球技术进行了分解，研究了挥拍击球技术的能量产生、传递、增强、转化的过程，找出了提高挥拍击球力量的方法。对提高正手击球的攻击性具有重要的意义。
