| 摘 要： | 对左旋肉碱在体内分布、代谢、生物学功能及其与运动能力之间的关系作了系统综述；并对其作为强力手段增强运动能力的具体作用机制作了进一步的探讨。为左旋肉碱在提高运动能力中的应用提供一定的理论依据。
