| 摘 要： | 建立公共财政是我国财政改革的主导目标。生态林业属于公共物品，理所当然成为公共财政要努力确保和重点支持的领域。本文分析了当前我国生态林业投融资体制的现状与存在的问题，并提出了建立一个适应公共财政框架的、新型高效的、充满活力的生态林业投融资体制的若干建议。
