布洛芬的拆分工艺改进

摘    要:以(S)-(-)-α-苯乙胺为拆分剂,水为拆分溶剂,用消旋布洛芬为原料拆分制备右旋布洛芬,一次拆分收率为32%。将左旋布洛芬制成其钾盐的水溶液,在常压下加热消旋。

Abstract:Taking the(s)-(-)-α-phenylethylamine as resolving agent,water as resolution solvent and racemic Ibuprofen as material resolved to make Dexibuprofen was effective.Each resolution yield was 32%.The L-Ibuprofen was made into aqueous solution of its potassium salt and racemized at normal pressure.
