| 摘 要： | 在晚清对外谈判中，界务谈判是最为重要也是最为棘手的。要成功进行界务谈判，维护国家领土主权完整，并不是一件容易的事情。在帕米尔交涉的实践中，许景澄探索界务谈判之道，形成了自己的界务谈判思想。他主张：界务谈判应以地图为工具，以陈约为依据，以兵力为后盾，避免使用宕缓之策。笔者认为：许景澄的界务谈判思想具有其闪光点和历史进步性，对当代外交工作有一定的启迪意义。
