| Abstract: | To build socialist new countryside becomes a significant historical mission and strategic tusk in the process of constructing a well-off society in an all-round way. In Huitong County, a less developed mountainous area, how to find a right breakthrough point and breach of carrying forward building socialist new countryside and pay special attention to the realization of the construction, has become a real and urgent common problem at present and in the future for the government of all levels. |
