| 摘 要： | 随着科学技术在经济发展的作用日趋重要,技术创新在世界经济发展中的地位不断提升,而专利作为衡量技术创新能力的重要指标备受关注.目前的专利指标类型还不能满足对专利状况进行全面、深入的分析,而一些学者提出的专利分析指标则过于复杂,不够实用.本文介绍了经合组织(OECD)采用的一系列新专利指标,并进行了详细的分析和应用说明,以便能够更为科学地评价技术创新行为和创新能力.这些指标将时我国专利的评价和分析有所启示.
