| 摘 要： | 农民权益问题是农民问题的实质。在我国,农民权益缺失已是不争的事实,如何有效保障与增进这一弱势群体权益已成为学界与社会的热门话题之一。对中国农民权益缺失的现状以及权益缺失的原因做出思考与分析,并提出了农民维权与增权的路径。

| Abstract: | The matter about farmers' rights and interests is the essence of the problems on farmers.In our country, the absence of farmers' rights and interests has become an unquestioned fact,and the question that how to promote and safeguard this disadvantaged groups' rights and interests effectively has also become one of the hot discussed topics in the academic and social areas.In this article,the author gives the thinking and analysis to the present situation of Chinese farmers' rights and interests and the reason of its absence,then proposes the way to maintain and promote the farmers' rights and interests. |
