| 摘 要： | 开展社会培训是高职院校应承担的社会责任,金华职业技术学院社会培训发展迅猛,但占比偏小,而且各学院发展不平衡,存在忽视社会培训、没有专门机构、缺少培训品牌、合作不够紧密、培训项目偏少等问题,要想把金华职业技术学院的社会培训做大做强,必须提高认识,更名成教学院;加强管理,成立培训机构;加大投入,促进基地、师资和教材建设;依托专业,创建培训品牌;拓宽渠道,利用两个平台;创新方法,拓展两个市场。

| Abstract: | It is the social responsibility that high vocational college should develop the social training. Although it is developing rapid in Jinhua Polytechnic, it still accounts for a minor percentage. Each of the branch school with various issues, such as unbalanced development, ignored social training, with no professional institution, lack of brand, cooperation not close enough, training programs less than others. It is necessary to enhance understanding, rename the adult education school, establish training organizations and strengthen management, improve and perfect the training building, increase the investment, set up brand by all the specialities, opti- mize the use of two platform to expand the ways, utilize innovative approaches to develop the two market. Only by achieving these aims, can we make the social training stronger in Jinghua Polytechnic. |
