| 摘 要： | 在我国经济较为发达的沿海地区，以民营企业为核心的集群现象对当地经济发展的促进已是不争的事实，引起了经济学界的普遍关注。目前，温州民营工业企业单位数已占全市工业企业单位数的99%以上，产值也已占全市工业总产值的98%以上，可谓量大面广；同时，温州民营企业的集群化现象又非常明显，在区域经济发展中占有十分重要的地位。因此，从“整体”上剖析温州民营企业集群的形成机理具有典型意义。

| Abstract: | In the developed coastal area of China, the development of local economy is fuelled by enterprises clusters which consist mainly of non-state-owned enterprises. This is an accepted fact, and has captured the widespread attention of economic circles. At present, the number of non-state-owned industrial enterprises in Wenzhou has occupied more than 99.9% of its total, and the industrial output value has also accounted for more than 98% of the city's gross industrial output value. These large numbers of non-state-owned enterprises cluster around Wenzhou and have played an important role in the development of local economy. Therefore, exploring the formation of clusters of non-state-owned enterprises from the over-all view has typical significance. |
