马尾松针黄酮类物质的提取工艺

摘    要:采用减压内部沸腾提取法(内沸法),以乙醇为解吸剂,观察解吸剂的浓度,浸泡时间、提取时间、提取温度和固液比对马尾松中黄酮提取率的影响,并在正交实验方法上通过实验确定马尾松中黄酮的提取工艺。结果显示,各因素对马尾松针黄酮类物质的提取率的影响依提取温度、固体的质量与体积比(固液比)、提取时间、解吸剂浓度因素顺序降低,最佳的马尾松中黄酮的提取工艺为:提取温度为70℃、提取时间为3min、解吸剂的浓度为70%、浸泡时间为120min、固液比为1∶1.6g/mL。

Abstract:The extraction of flavonoids from needles of Pinus massoniana was influenced through using decompressing inner ebullition,using ethanol as eluting agent,observing the concentration of eluting agent,dipping time,extracting time,extracting temperature and solid-liquid ratio.The extracting technology of flavonoids from needles of Pinus massoniana was studied through orthogonal experiments.The result showed that the extracting temperature had a greater influence on the yield of the flavonoids from Pinus massoni...
