| 摘 要： | 高校体育专业设置"体育法学"学科势在必行,我国制定和颁发的系列体育法规为高校体育专业设置该学科奠定了坚实的基础;"以法治国"以法治体育"呼唤高校体育专业培养的高级体育专业人才必须认真学习和研究"体育法学",高级体育专业人才不仅要懂得体育法规,遵守体育法规,而且要运用体育法规去保障和促进体育事业的健康发展."体育法学"是一门以体育法规为主要研究对象的学科,是其他任何学科所无法替代的,学科的性质是介于法律科学和体育科学之间的边缘学科,它具有科学性、理论性和系统性的特点.

A Probe into Setting up P.E. Science of Law in University and College for P.E. Specialty |

| Abstract: | It is imperative to set up PE science of law in college and universty's P.E specalty: A servers of P.E. laws and regulations enacted and primul gated by the State have laid a solid foundation for the subject. Advanced Qualified PE persons must not only know and obey the P.E. laws and regulations, but also ensure, and promote the great advancement and development of P.E. cause. P.E. science of law is a research subject based on the P.E. laws and regulations. Any other subjects couldn't replace the subject. P.E. science of law is a subject between low and P.E. social science. It has the following features: science, theory and system. |
