| 摘 要： | 目前,农民工内部已出现代际分化和更替,当代青年农民工在思想认同、价值观上矛盾性更突出,心理不平衡感较大。本文描述了青年农民工在价值目标、价值信念、价值认知上的矛盾和困惑,分析了他们价值观矛盾形成的内外因,并在此基础上提出帮助实现青年农民工价值观正向转型的措施、对策。

| Abstract: | At present,peasant workers have already presented generation split-up and replacement within themselves.The contradiction in contemporary peasant workers' thoughts and values is more outstanding and their uneven psychological sense of is relatively great.This paper describes contemporary peasant workers' contradiction and puzzle in value goal,value faith and value cognition and analyses the internal and external reasons why their value contradictions have been formed.It also puts forward the countermeasures of helping the peasant workers making positive transition on this basis. |
