摘    要:本文对全免费背景下西藏农牧区义务教育阶段学校教学质量进行了调查,发现西藏农牧区中小学生学习成绩总体偏低;不同地区间学生学科成绩、男女藏族学生间的学习成绩存在显著差异.研究指出造成教学质量总体水平不高的学校和家庭方面的原因,并提出了相关对策建议.

Abstract:The paper has investigated the teaching quality of compulsory education in Tibet,and the results show that(1) academic achievement of school students is relative low;(2) subject achievements have significant differences in different areas;(3) academic achieve-ment of male and female students have significantly different.Investigations indicate the school factors and family factors which cause the relative loweducational quality and put forward some suggestions.
