| 摘 要： | 本文将EKC曲线引入分析，发现福建省九地市碳排放量与人均GDP呈倒u型关系。在此基础上，本文还综合考虑历史地理、气候环境、城市产业结构基础等因素，提出福建省“低碳城市群”的战略构想，将福建省九地市划分为“厦泉漳”、“福莆宁”、“三龙南”三个低碳城市群，探索福建省碳减排的新型合作模式，并设想了各低碳城市群的差异化发展思路。

| Abstract: | In this paper, we find that there is obvious inverted U-shaped relationship between carbon emission and per capital GDP according to the Environmental Kuznets Curve（EKC） hypothesis. Afterwards, we put forward the strategic vision of building ＂Low-carbon Urban Agglomerations＂, dividing the nine cities of Fujian Province into three parts based on the factors of geography, history, climatic environment, industrial structure and carbon emission we have discussed above. These three parts are ＂Xiamen-Quanzhou-Zhangzhou Low-carbon Urban Agglomeration＂, ＂Fuzhou-Putian-Ningde Low-carbon Urban Agglomeration＂ Agglomeration＂. We are searching a new cooperation pattern strategies of each low-carbon urban agglomeration. and ＂Sanming-Longyan-Nanping Low-carbon Urban to reduce carbon emission and designing the diversity |
