企业多元化战略与目标行业选择研究

摘    要:通过能力和市场两维度,对企业多元化战略进行重新分类,研究了不同的多元化战略与行业生命周期的关联性、企业多元化行业识别和评估的步骤与方法。研究表明,核心能力和市场是表征企业多元化经营的重要要素,通过由内到外、由外到内两种战略的组合,可以分别用四种方法对企业多元化目标行业进行识别与选择。

Abstract:In this paper, diversification strategy is reclassified according to dimensionalities of ability and market, and relation between corporate strategies and industrial lifecycles is discussed. The means and the process of the identification and assessment of diversification industry are described. This study, it is found that core competence and market are the most important factors for corporate diversification, and it can use four different methods to identify and select the industrial target by using the combination of competence-driven strategy and market-driven strategy.
