| 摘 要： | 旅行社是旅游企业发展的龙头，经营旅行社已进入一个微利时代，为了保证旅游市场的有序竞争，顺应和谐社会的发展需求，需构建旅行社与导游员和谐关系的宏观环境，为游客提供一个良好的服务环境，最终实现整个旅游业的健康可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Travel services play a loading role in travel industry and its management is entering into an era of profits . In maintaining orderly competition in tour market, it is nesessary to build a harmonious macro-environment between travel services and guiders, which offer travelers a good service environment and finally carry out the continous health development of the whole tour industry. |
