| 摘 要： | 沿循边缘革命的逻辑，从经济发展水平与国家竞技体育"三级训练网"金字塔的塔基视角，采用实地调查法、专家访谈法、座谈交流及逻辑分析法等方法，在广泛寻纳中，择优遴选出三个典型成功案例，分别探讨和解析以企业为主体，与政府、学校合作培养竞技体育后备人才；非营利组织和"体教融合"培养竞技体育后备人才的基层鲜活实例。最后，得出相关重要启示，以期为我国竞技体育后备人才培养乃至体育治理变革提供参考。

| Abstract: | From perspectives of marginal revolution, economic development level and China's three level competitive sports training system, and adopting field investigation, expert interviews, discussions panel exchange and logic analysis, this paper studied three successful cases of cultivation of competitive sports reserve talents in cooperate with the government, schools, and with the enterprises as the main bodies, with the non-profit organizations and the integration of sports and education so as to provide reference for the training of reserve talents and the change of sports governance. |
