商洛杜仲叶绿原酸含量测定及提取工艺研究

摘    要:以商洛市所产杜仲叶为原料,乙醇为浸提溶剂,通过正交试验确定杜仲叶中绿原酸的最佳提取工艺。试验结果表明:杜仲叶中绿原酸的最佳提取条件为乙醇浓度60%,温度80℃,提取时间2.5h,料液比1:20。最佳工艺条件下绿原酸的提取率为2.114%。试验提取方法简便,结果准确可靠,可为商洛市杜仲叶中绿原酸的生产开发提供参考。

Abstract:Alcohol-water mixture was used to extract chlorogenic acid from eucommia ulmoides leaves of Shangluo City. The optimum technological conditions were as follows: alcohol concentration was 60 percent, extraction temperature was 80℃, extration time was 2.5 h, and solid to liquid ratio was 1:20. Extration ratio of ehlorogenic acid was 2.114% under the optimum conditions.The extration method was simple and the result was accurate. It is valuable for chlorogenic acid extraction from eueommia ulmoides leaves in quantity.
