聚丙烯纤维自密实混凝土力学性能研究

摘    要:为了研究聚丙烯纤维自密实混凝土的工作性能和力学性能。采用坍落扩展度试验和V型漏斗试验对聚丙烯纤维自密实混凝土的工作性能进行了检测,并对聚丙烯纤维自密实混凝土立方体试件进行了抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度试验。用JSCE—SF4方法对聚丙烯纤维自密实混凝土的抗弯韧性进行评定,比较分析了不同掺量的聚丙烯纤维对自密实混凝土工作性能和力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,随着纤维掺量的增加,聚丙烯纤维自密实混凝土的抗压强度略有降低,劈裂抗拉强度和抗弯韧性均明显提高,聚丙烯纤维能够有效提高自密实混凝土的劈裂抗拉强度和抗弯韧性。

Abstract:The workability and mechanical properties of polypropylene fiber reinforced self-compacting concrete (PFRSC C) are investigated. The slump flow test, funnel test, compressive strength test, splitting tensile strength test and flexural toughness test of PFRSCC are performed. The effect of different polypropylene fiber content on the workability and mechanical properties of PFRSCC is determined.Test results indicate that compressive strength decreases with fiber increased. Splitting tensile strength and flexural toughness are remarkably improved by the addition of polypropylene fiber.
