| 摘 要： | 在长期的高等教育管理中，高等教育主体没有得到全方位、正面的理解和诠释。应把高等教育管理作为一个过程，一个系统来看待，必须对其调节者和控制者有充分的认识。在“1＋1＋1＝1”模式下，对高等教育管理主体进行新的解读将有助于促进高等学校的和谐发展，也高度体现了高等教育管理以人为本的管理理念。

| Abstract: | In the past long-term management of higher education, the main body of higher education lacked a many-sided and positive understanding and interpretation.Higher education management should be viewed as a process or a system.It is necessary to be well aware of the pacificator and master.Following the mode of "1 1 1=1",to interpret the main body of higher education will help to promote the harmonious development of higher education and fulfill the humanist management in higher education. |
