| 摘 要： | 为贯彻《全民健身计划纲要》，推进体育教学的素质教育，我们从1995年9月开始在本县农村昙溪初级中学进行学校体育的全面改革：将体育渗透各学科教学过程，加强卫生与课外锻炼．建立体质测量与评价反馈系统等，以1995年入学的新生为实验对象。实施3年取得较好的效呆。学生的体质得到全面发展与增强，学生的健身知识、意识与能力有提高，体育条件有所改善。

| Abstract: | In order to carry out the Program for the Whole Nation Doing Physical Exercises, In order to improve the quality education in physical eduction, we started an all -round re form in school physical education in Yun Xi Junior Middle school of the localcounty, connecting P.E. with each subject' s teaching. The expermental object is thefreshman of 1995. We strengthen health and extracurricular activities, establish the sys-tem of constitution survey and opinions feedback . The reform proues affirmatively after 3years.The students' constitution are improved and strengthened, the students knowmore about physical exercises and know how to do it. The conditi0n of P. E. has been improved. |
