| 摘 要： | 和谐在社区发展中具有重要的地位和作用。从社区概念和社区发展的历程看,和谐是社区发展的嬗变和回归。因此,和谐是社区建设和发展的核心,和谐社区对社区建设和发展具有重要的理论和实践意义。在当前,推进社区发展,就是要以和谐为根本,从指导思想、工作方式方法、工作体制和机制等方面全方位地构建和谐社区。
