| Abstract: | The examination for the colleges and universities cadres is a complicated systematic project , and it is also an important part of cadres management in universities . Under new circumstances, the performance appraisal of cadres should be innovated . The assessment for cadres can be completed by the network approach . The assessment mechanism changes will certainly lead to a scientific , normalizing effects for the cadres management . |
