夜光遥感在“一带一路”战略中的应用潜力展望

摘    要:面向“一带一路”战略对沿线国家空间认知的现实需求,阐述该战略的地理科学内涵。结合对地观测的优势和特点,总结“一带一路”对地观测应用领域。回顾夜光遥感在对地观测中的独特优势,指出夜光遥感在油气开采时空信息挖掘、社会经济参数估算、生态环境评估、城市化过程重建等领域具有应用潜力。认为夜光遥感在服务“一带一路”战略中具有独特作用,契合该战略的地理科学内涵和对地观测科学要素,可为“一带一路”战略的实施提供重要的空间信息支持。

Application potentiality and prospects of nighttime light remote sensing in "the Belt and Road" initiative

Abstract:"The Belt and Road" initiatives, with its wide range, diverse cultures, and vulnerable ecological environments, needs the earth observation technology to deal with various new challenges. In this work, firstly the geographical scientific connotation of "the Belt and Road" initiatives was analyzed, and then the capability of nighttime light remote sensing was explored and the application areas of this technology in "the Belt and Road" initiatives construction were summarized. Furthermore, the advantages of nighttime light remote sensing in earth observation technology were reviewed. In order to meet the requirements of the countries along the belt and road, four nighttime light remote sensing application areas, i.e., the gas fire spatiotemporal information mining, social economic parameter estimation, ecological environment evaluation, and reconstruction of the urbanization process, were put forward in this work. The implementation of these applications will effectively support the decision making for the countries along the belt and road.
