| 摘 要： | 文章从教学设计、教学方法、教学效果评价以及应用情况分析等方面,阐述了线上线下混合式教学法在"食品质量与控制学"课程中的探索与实践,从线上课程资源优化、线下课堂内容优化和混合式教学方法优化三个方面提出了进一步改革的方向,为实现以学为中心的教学变革,提升教学质量,提供了一定的参考和建议。

| Abstract: | This paper expounds the exploration and practice of online and offline mixed teaching model in the course of Food Quality and Control from four aspects:teaching design,teaching method,teaching effect evaluation and application analysis,and puts forward the direction of further reform from three aspects:online course resource optimization,offline classroom teaching content optimization and mixed teaching method optimization,which provides some reference and suggestions for realizing the teaching reform centered on learning and improving the teaching quality. |
