| 摘 要： | 在全球经济一体化背景下,国与国之间的竞争越来越激烈,人才是衡量一个国家综合实力的重要指标,也是一个国家、地区经济社会发展的核心竞争力。硕士研究生作为国家人才储备的中坚力量,是实现国家富强、民族振兴、伟大"中国梦"的重要力量。首先阐述了新时期硕士研究生就业价值取向存在的功利化倾向、自身职业发展定位不清晰、创业创新能力弱等问题,并根据这些问题分析了影响当代硕士研究生就业价值取向的因素,从硕士研究生个人、社会环境及高校三个方面探讨了如何帮助硕士研究生树立正确的就业取向。

| Abstract: | In the context of global economic integration,the competition between countries is becoming increasingly fierce.Talent is an important indicator to measure a country’s comprehensive strength,and it is also the core competitiveness of a country’s or a region’s economic and social development.As the backbone of national talent reserve,master degree postgraduate students are an important force to realize national prosperity,national rejuvenation and the great"Chinese dream".This paper first expounds the problems of the employment value orientation of postgraduate students in the new era,such as utilitarian tendency,unclear career development orientation,weak entrepreneurship and innovation ability etc.According to these problems,the factors influencing the contemporary employment value orientation of postgraduate students are analyzed.This paper also discusses how to help postgraduate students establish correct employment orientation from three aspects:individual,social environment and school. |
