| 摘 要： | 大学辅导员在高等教育中扮演着重要的角色。目前的大学辅导员角色模糊,这就要从社会学的角色理论出发,阐述大学辅导员这一社会角色应进行怎样的角色学习和角色建设,大学辅导员的角色学习与角色建设又有着怎样的关系,从而更好地建设辅导员队伍,提高辅导员队伍素质。

| Abstract: | College instructors are playing an important role in higher education.At present,the role of the college instructors is not very clear.It is necessary to explain,starting from the role theory of sociology,what kind of role training and role building the college instructors should take,and what relationship between the role training and role building of college instructors should be.Thus the quality of college instructors can be improved and a better team of college instructors be built. |
