| 摘 要： | 从20世纪90年代初至今,我国的农业产业化的发展经历了由自发到自觉,由少数人、部分地区的实践探索到政策引导全面推广的阶段.地方政府在很大程度上决定着农业产业化的成败.本文通过分析地方政府和农业产业化的关系,论述了地方政府介入农业产业化的客观必然性,在剖析当前地方政府在推进农业产业化过程中存在问题的基础上,提出了地方政府介入农业产生化的原则和基本思路.

| Abstract: | Since early 1990's, the development of agricultural industrialization in China has gone through from the spontaneous period to the conscious period, from the period of the few pepole's practice and exploration in part areas to the period of many people's practice under the policy guidance in all areas. Local goverment decides agricultural industrialization ' s success or failure to a great extent. This thesis expounds the objective necessity of local govennent intervening agricultural industrialization through analyzing the relationship between them. After dissecting the main problem, in the process of local govement giving impetus to agricultural industrialization, the basic principles and the basic train of thought of local governments intervening agricultural industrialization are put forwara. |
