| 摘 要： | 高职高专院校实行“双证书”制是深化高职高专教育改革的必然结果。实行“双证书”需要政府出台相应的政策保障。调整教学计划和课程内容;强化实训操作的力度;培养一支“双师型”(双能力)和“专兼结合”的师资队伍是前提条件。建立完善的实训基地和考评基地是基本保证。

| Abstract: | One of the inevitable outcomes of development in teaching reform of higher vocational colleges is to carry out "double certificates" teaching system. To put it into practice needs the relevant policy assurance from the government. Most importantly, it is a prerequisite that adjusting teaching plans and curriculum contents, reinforcing practicing ability and cultivating faculty (full-time and part-time) with "double abilities" are required. Meanwhile, it is necessary to establish practical teaching bases and standard assessing system. |
